At Arctic Cool, we stand behind our Instant Cooling technology and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn gear. If your performance apparel doesn't meet your expectations for comfort and cooling, we'll make it right with a hassle-free process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Download Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid postage label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensure all tags are attached, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
